Okay, so i dont have a cell phone or else i bet it would probably make this post, what i do always have with me though is water, i dont care if its five minutes of a drive between my house and a friends, i have water with me. its sort of an OCD thing i guess, but that's that really haha.

I have a cell phone, but I don't always remember to take it with me. lol Water is a good answer, though, because I almost always have one as well! I can even feel my throat getting sore when I forget to take one... :)
