i really think that ive learned how to be myself al ot more since last year, and to not really give a fuck what other people think, i really feel that this has been what triggered all the other evolutions in my life. so that more or less sums it up :)
I am a bit of a beauty geek as you all know, so on top of the regular goals everyone has (successful relationship, nice house, enough money yada yada) i want to become more or less a walking encyclopedia of beauty. i want to take courses on skin hair nails and makeup until im blue in the face. more or less i just wanna be the best at what i want to do with my life. its unlikely due to financial limitations but one can always dream right?
Okay, so i dont have a cell phone or else i bet it would probably make this post, what i do always have with me though is water, i dont care if its five minutes of a drive between my house and a friends, i have water with me. its sort of an OCD thing i guess, but that's that really haha.
Personally when it comes to T.V. I'm not a huge fan, but i am a bit of a psycho fan of early 2000's dramas, like malcolm in the middle and that 70's show... so i guess that i'll just use those two :D
This is probably going to be SUPER cheesy, but my biggest fear is probably the day i have kids, if i do have kids. im absolutely terrified ill be a bad parent... anyway, thats about it lol... bye!
So, honestly i dont really have a best friend, so im going to cop out on this one and use my dog. her name is tori shes an English Staffordshire terrier (english pitbull if you didnt know thats what a pitbull is called in fancy person talk)
I really don't go places very much, but i've been a few different places in my life. none of them were all that fantastic but the one i think really called to me was California. it showed me the glitz and glamor that i've craved since i was very young :)
side note: i actually never got to see the Hollywood sign because of fires lol.

Androgyny, and black lipstick, two of my favorite things in the entire world. Ever since i was very young ive wanted to gender-blend and wear makeup, girl clothes, and possibly even eventually have long hair. Now i have very little interest in actually being a trans-gender individual but androgyny is sort of what i feel is right for me :) (that photo on the right will probably come up later as its my favorite photo of myself like ever at the moment)
First off, I skipped yesterday on purpose. My mother is not an internet user and i dont really feel comfortable putting her out here because of that. And my father has never been in the picture for me, so he's more of a sperm donor than a father.

If you were unaware Alanis Morisette is one of my favorite artists of all time, and this is one of my favorite songs by her as well. This fits because of personal things happening to me at the moment, which i dont want to discuss publicly, im not trying to come off as full of myself but some things you just dont put out for random people on the Internet to read.
You know, I honestly dont know what my first love was, i could go into my first boyfriend who got given head by a 13 year old during our relationship (he was 17 at the time) or i could cop out and say something really really abstract, so thats what im going to do :D. my first love was makeup, i remember being a very small boy and having my older brothers and sister print of Barbie photos so i could color in her makeup all prettyful (surprisingly i actually did coordinating colors, fashionista toddler), i actually declared that i wanted to be a makeup artist after doing my sisters makeup when i was like 6, little did i know, here i am so many hears later gearing up to go into the big wide world of cosmetics. haha this is long enough i think, and i just got done weed whacking and had one hell of a day so im gonna call it good.
Glittertramp. This is gonna be a short one, on my 18th birthday a friend of mine called me her little Glittertramp and it stuck, thats pretty much how it came about, and ive been using it for everything since lol. I know, not fabulous or awesome at all.

as the title says im going to be giving a few tips on how to avoid fall out under your eyes and along the top of your cheekbone when applying a bright or dark or dark shadow.
Tip number one: when your brush is loaded with color always pat, dont swipe, not only will this allow your colors to show up more strongly, it also doesn't cause hairs to flick off product onto your face. swipe to blend once you've patted the product onto your actual eye.
the next two tips are really one or the other, because they both tend to do a very good job at removing the fallen shadow.
tip number two (and my preferred way): apply translucent loose powder HEAVILY to your under eye area and the top of your cheek before you apply your shadow this will catch most of the fallen shadow and can be easily swept away with a powder brush after the application is finished taking the fall out with it.
tip three: apply your face makeup after you apply your eyeshadow, this way you can take a makeup wipe or even just a moist cloth cleaning off the fallout without ruining your face of makeup (this is also a good way to shape your shadow if you're going for a harsh line).
so those are my two favorite ways to completely avoid fall out, i hope you enjoyed and maybe learned something.
So today the question is about my favorite television program, this one is once again sort of hard for me, due to a lack of watching any television if i can help it. however a few programs are worthy of finding full episodes online to watch, but im gonna have to go with one that i watched on television when it was out, and to this day i rewatch episodes online of, this being Malcolm In The Middle, I know it wasn't exactly the best, but when i was little i had the HUGEST crush on Malcolm, not Frankie, the actual character Malcolm. he was so smart and funny :). anyway, before i go day dreaming about things that now days would make me a child molester but were harmless fun when i was 10 i shall be off!
Day two of this is my favorite movie, which is another hard one for me, not because i watch so many, but quite the opposite, i nearly never watch movies. After looking through my movie collection and thinking long and hard for like 10 minutes haha I've come to the conclusion that my favorite movie is probably Blade, which is weird considering that i usually hate horror movies, but that one is more action than anything, so it doesn't really count.
okay here is a BIG pet peeve of mine, people who use the same bronzer to contour and bronze with the same color, at the same time, or people who use the shimmering bronzers as a contour. so here are more or less two how twos in one (though i will go into more detail once i get my hands on a camera)
how to BRONZE your face (as in make yourself look tanner/give yourself a glow)
1: for this you can use shimmer or matte, your preference
2: this goes on the high points of your face, more or less where you would normally highlight, tops of cheekbones nose lips and middle of your forehead.
3: dont go too dark/heavy handed with this, or you turn out funky colored (usually).
how to CONTOUR your face
1: MATTE MATTE MATTE MATTE MATTE MATT if you use shimmer here i will eat your firstborn. or your next born.
2: take this through the back of your face, as in along the sides of your face, under your cheekbones, and under your jawline.
3: you can go slightly stronger with this than the bronzer, just make sure if you do that its well blended.
so these are the basic tips unless you wanna look like you got in a fight with Snookie's spray tanner.

Honestly, I'm a bit of a creeper, and i REALLY like to get to know my favorite youtubers/bloggers (not assuming im anyone's favorite) so this is going to be the introduction to the "30 day challenge" that was going around, now im going to attempt to do blogs as well as these questions every day, though im not sure I will always be able to, I'm really sorry if my updating constantly gets on your nerves.
This should just be a quicky on how to properly powder your face, even if you think you do it right you should really hear me out for the fallowing tips.
tip number one: use a sponge/puff to apply your powder and apply in a rolling motion, i know it seems like it's not exactly sanitary but i promise you sponges are washable, and you dont exactly need a top of the line ones, as far as im concerned if you're only using it for powder a sponge is a sponge.
tip number two: use a brush to dust off excess powder sponges apply, brushes remove. this way you never end up with that overly matte powdery look, or like you just got in a fight with a baker.
tip number three: only powder if you need it and on areas you need it on. if you have naturally dry skin you DON'T always need to powder not only because your foundation will stay put but also because the powder brush you use to remove the excess could also cause micro-exfoliation which is bad for dry skin. If you have combination skin you only really need to powder the areas you get oily, and so on, over powdering your face is just not attractive.

Now I very well could be slightly bias, as I've been a fan for going on a year now, but with her exemplary taste in fashion and makeup, voice like an angel, and her straight edge behavior (she claimed on twitter she doesn't smoke and only very seldom does she drink) that Jessie will soon become the next Gaga, her single price tag went number one in 14 countries, if you dont know little Jessica Cornish from Essex, you're sadly lagging behind.

I really hate to start this blog off on such a negative note but, well i feel this one just needs addressing, it was brought to my attention by a lovely friend of mine who also inspired me to create this blog, Thepinkladyj, that this is one of my biggest pet peves, due to my obsessive tweeting about how doing it wrong instantly makes you look like a two dollar prostitute, or a grandma... depending on how and where you apply it wrong. so lets get down to it with the fallowing tips on how and where to apply blush:
tip number one: DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT smile while applying your blush, this is a common technique used to AGE somone playing a role in plays and films becuase when you relax your face the apple of your cheek drops dramaticly making your face look as if where your natural flush would be is much lower than normal. instead of applying it that way, instead try applying along your cheekbone, its okay for your highlighter and blush to over lap, because its natural for someone to blush on the high points of their cheekbones.
tip number two: tap off your blush brush. unless you want to look like someone just punched you in the side of the face and the bruise has yet to completely set i recommend tapping your brush off fairly well, usually my rule is that i always try to tap it at least two or three times.
so honestly thats all that really needs to be thought about when applying your cheek color, that is unless you happen to be walking on the runway or shooting a film in which you're playing somone much older than yourself, so on this note ill leave you!
